The Goals of Dynamic Development

  • Renewed commitment to goal setting. WHAT needs to be achieved and HOW it should be achieved are tied together by Lead Forward.
  • More impactful, ongoing, 2-way, quality conversations between managers and employees that …
    1. Improve everyday interactions
    2. Grow and develop others
    3. Facilitate behavior change
  • Motivate and develop. Employees and managers will highlight progress and development by looking ahead. Removing ratings allows them to focus on a quality conversation.
  • Holistic approach to compensation. Salary increases are shaped by the progress made on work goals, the impact of the work, pay equity, and current and future development.
  • Simplify process with shared accountability. Drives shared responsibility for both managers and employees to hold quality conversations that include identifying how to keep improving conversations over time.
