ITS and HR Project News

Teams from Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology Services (ITS) are currently working on projects that will ultimately transform RTI into a truly global, connected and collaborative organization with access to new and existing resources.

Since the projects are interdependent, they will occur in the following order:

• Implementation of network access for all international staff
• New HR and U.S. payroll system
• Roll-out of Dynamic Development, RTI's new performance management program.

This site will provide information and updates on each project, as well as instructions for any actions you may need to take as changes are made.
